We are gathering our neighbors & friends and putting on a huge Community Garage Sale the weekend of May 21st and 22nd. The Community Garage Sale will take place along the 400 block of 31st Avenue, between Alameda de las Pulgas and Isabella Avenue (on 31st Avenue, between the Hillsdale Shopping Center and Hillsdale High School). Our goal is to raise $1,000 for LLS at our Weekend Garage Sale, and we need your help to make it happen!
All sales at 412 31st Avenue will be donated to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. We need your gently-used wares, if you would like to donate, please let us know. We also need your help:
- Posting signs around your neighborhood & shopping center (color flyer, gray-scale flyer)
- Spreading the word!
- Setting up (Friday evening)
- Setting up (Saturday morning, 6am)
- Tearing down (Saturday afternoon, 3pm)
- Setting up (Sunday morning, 6am)
- Tearing down (Sunday early afternoon, 12pm)
- Bringing un-sold items to Goodwill (Sunday, 1pm)
